The 5-6-year-old camp will allow your child to experience both gymnastics and dance in a safe and fun environment. Sessions will be led by qualified, experienced coaches and coordinators that will teach your child various disciplines of dance and gymnastics. They will be introduced to a range of gymnastics skills including hand stands, forward / backwards rolls, split stretches, cartwheels, balances, bridges and a range of strength and flexibility sessions. The dance element will be a range of street, ballet and cheer pom. These activities will be fun, inclusive and help to further develop your childs coordination, balance, range of movement and aim to improve basics fitness levels.
