Participants will need to be very water confident and good with heights. FAQ’s 1. How old do I need to be? The programme is for primary 7 to secondary year 6 pupils. 2. What if I’m not sure about an activity? Some activities involve going on a journey and so need 100% involvement so please do not book a place on this type of activity unless you are 100% confident in your ability to take part. 3. What should I bring? All technical equipment is provided such as wetsuits, bikes, helmets, harnesses, kayaks etc. Packing essentials for each activity include appropriate clothing for the activity and the weather on the day, a complete change of clothes including footwear, a towel, a packed lunch and any medication that you may need for the day. For all water activity, please also bring an old pair of trainers and shorts. 4. Where do I go on the day? All activities will start at 10am and finish at 4pm.
