These classes will allow your child to experience gymnastics in a safe and fun environment. Sessions will be led by UKCC qualified and experienced coaches and coordinators that will teach your child various disciplines of gymnastics. They will be introduced to a range of gymnastics skills including hand stands, forward / backwards rolls, split stretches, cartwheels, balances, bridges and a range of strength and flexibility sessions. They are fully targeted at children of all abilities and have the coaches and equipment to support participants to achieve success.
